Our Pre-Employment Physiotherapy Screenings (PEPS) give you peace of mind in finding the right applicant for the job
​
Our PEPS help to identify previous injury and gain a baseline measure of a workers status, limiting the extent of liability in the case that the worker does sustain an injury once employed. A screening conducted by one our experienced physiotherapists also aids in employment decisions to ensure the candidate is 100% fit for the role

Task analysis of the physical requirements of the proposed job role

Thorough musculoskeletal assessment to screen for current or pre-existing injuries

Functional assessment of applicants relating to the job

Cardiovascular fitness testing

Includes a detailed report outlining all assessment findings, and injury risk categorisation of the applicant

Testing can be arranged onsite at your premises, in our clinic or at a gym within a suitable location to the applicant.

*It is recommended that vision, drug screening and hearing testing is conducted by an Occupational GP.
